This is a ministry of "Helps" (1 Cor. 12:28). My call is to assist Men and Pastors in the work of Men Development. I am your "Assistant" to Glorify and Benefit the People of God.

Pastor Jackson is married to the former Onie and they have four daughters.

History With The Church
Dr. Jackson was called to preach in Fort Worth, Texas in 1975. He pastored the church of his youth while in college and seminary. He has pastored the First Baptist Church of University Park, University Park, IL from May 1988 to August 1999.
Dr. Jackson was called to serve as the Assistant Pastor of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Chicago, IL in August of 1999. He served with the Rev. L. K. Curry for three and a half years until Pastor Curry's retirement in January of 2003. Pastor Jackson has served as pastor of the Emmanuel Baptist Church since February of 2003.
